Fred Jérémie founded DOSOBE in December 2024 with a simple idea: a digital transformation only holds if it starts from a real problem and is proven before it is deployed.
He leads systems architecture and personally follows each strategic engagement. An independent researcher, he guides the R&D unit’s work on AI systems governance, data sovereignty and interoperability.
Based in Gabon, he works with public institutions, companies and technology partners, in Africa and internationally.
